Soccer Game Preview: Atlantic Collegiate Academy vs. Philip Simmons

The Atlantic Collegiate Academy Armada will venture away from home to face off against the Philip Simmons Iron Horses at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

While Atlantic Collegiate Academy fans will have to keep waiting for their squad to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Wednesday's season opener. They never let Thomas Sumter Academy get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Wednesday. Andrew Morgan was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Philip Simmons' game on Thursday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over Timberland. The win continues a trend for the Iron Horses in their matchups with Wolves: they've now won six in a row.
