Football Game Recap: Naches Valley vs. Granger

If Naches Valley were riding high off their 31-7 takedown of Highland last Thursday, that ride came to an abrupt end. On Friday, Naches Valley came up short against Granger, falling 14-21.

Naches Valley's defeat pushes them down to 3-5. The win got Granger back to even at 4-4.

The teams are both focusing on improving their conference standings in their upcoming contests. Next week Naches Valley will take on La Salle at 7:00 PM. Naches Valley's defense better steel itself: La Salle are averaging 44.43 points per game. As for Granger, they will go up against Goldendale. Granger are catching Goldendale at a good time: Goldendale have scored fewer and fewer points over their past three games.
