Volleyball Recap: Falls City Takes a Loss

Falls City lost against McMullen County back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Beavers fell 2-0 to the Cowboys. The Beavers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Falls City's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for McMullen County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Falls City and McMullen County should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. The Beavers will take on Three Rivers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (407 vs. 866). Meanwhile, McMullen County (ranked 246th) will meet Floresville (ranked 516th) at 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
