The scorekeeper got an easy start on Monday as neither Ann Sobrato nor Evergreen Valley made it on the board until the sixth inning. The Bulldogs never let the Cougars get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cougars, too.

Not much got past Liam Bettencourt, who gave up just a hit to keep Evergreen Valley off the board.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Vince Pomo, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
