It's playoff time, and McCutcheon had no trouble coming through when it counted. They snuck past the Fort Wayne Snider Panthers with a 45-41 win on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Mavericks sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.

McCutcheon got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lillie Graves out in front who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. That's the most boards Graves has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Rylea Wetz, who went 5-for-9 on her way to 12 points.

McCutcheon smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 16 offensive rebounds in four consecutive matchups.

Fort Wayne Snider lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Nella Mattila, who scored 11 points. Janaya Cooper was another key player, putting up six points along with ten rebounds and three steals.

McCutcheon's record is now 24-3. As for Fort Wayne Snider, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-12.

McCutcheon has already played their next game, a 66-48 loss against Warsaw on the 22nd. Fort Wayne Snider does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
