Bowie lost to St. Stephen's Episcopal back in September of 2017, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Despite the loss, St. Stephen's Episcopal saw an underclassman step up: freshman Sydney Gray had nine digs and two aces.

Bowie's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for St. Stephen's Episcopal, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Bowie wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Connally on the 22nd. As for St. Stephen's Episcopal, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Pflugerville Connally on the 22nd.
