Volleyball Recap: Independence Patriots vs. Trivium Prep Crimson Knights
Independence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trivium Prep Crimson Knights.
The final score came out to 25-10, 25-8.
Independence's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Trivium Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
Independence is on the road again on Friday to play Parker at 7:00 p.m. As for Trivium Prep, they will face off against Scottsdale Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Scottsdale Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Trivium Prep surely won't give up without a fight.
