Volleyball Game Preview: Evergreen Cougars vs. Conifer Lobos + How To Watch

The Evergreen Cougars will head out to face off against the Conifer Lobos at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Evergreen is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

On Wednesday, Evergreen came up short against Standley Lake and fell 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-22, 13-25, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Conifer beat Green Mountain 3-1 on Wednesday.

Conifer walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14, 15-25, 25-22.

Evergreen's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Conifer, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

Evergreen couldn't quite get it done against Conifer in their previous meeting on Thursday as they fell 3-1. Can the Cougars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
