LKY hadn't done well against Christian Educational Consortium recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The LKY Saints came out on top against the Christian Educational Consortium Cougars by a score of 47-37. This was a revenge game for the Saints: when they faced off against the Cougars back in February, they had to take a 76-67 loss.

Christian Educational Consortium lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Chase Williams, who posted seven points and three steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in steals. Another player making a difference was Peyton Heinsohn, who put up seven points.

LKY is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-22 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Christian Educational Consortium and nudges their season record down to 21-16.
