Basketball Game Preview: Arcadia Hornets vs. Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers

Arcadia and Jonesboro-Hodge are an even 5-5 against one another since November of 2015, but not for long. The Arcadia Hornets will be playing at home against the Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Arcadia comes in on four and Jonesboro-Hodge on three.

Last Friday, Arcadia humbled Ringgold with a 51-4 victory. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Jonesboro-Hodge duked it out withLincoln Prep on Friday. Jonesboro-Hodge enjoyed a cozy 35-20 victory over Lincoln Prep.

Jonesboro-Hodge pushed their record up to 9-11 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.5 points. As for Arcadia, their victory bumped their record up to 17-3.
