Shorecrest is a perfect 4-0 against Marysville Getchell since August of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Scots will head out to square off against Marysville Getchell at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Shorecrest and eight for Marysville Getchell.

On Friday, Shorecrest had to suffer through a 49-19 loss at the hands of Shorewood.

Meanwhile, Marysville Getchell played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Snohomish, falling 55-21. Marysville Getchell was down 35-14 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Marysville Getchell didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Cooper Agen.

Marysville Getchell's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Shorecrest, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.

Shorecrest won a game that couldn't have been any closer in their previous meeting back in October of 2023, slipping by Marysville Getchell 14-13. Will the Scots repeat their success, or do Marysville Getchell have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
