Basketball Recap: Walker Makes It Four in a Row at Home

Walker had won three straight home games and Anderson Carey did his part to make it four on Friday. The Walker Wolverines walked away with a 70-60 victory over the Paideia Pythons thanks in part to Carey, who went 7 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 25 points and five rebounds. That's the most boards he has posted since back in November of 2024.

The team also got some help courtesy of Graham Titus, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 14 points. He also posted a block, marking his first of the season.

Walker's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Paideia, with the defeat, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-9.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Business Engineering Science Tech the next time they take the court. Walker will head out to face Business Engineering Science Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Paideia will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
