Napoleon is a perfect 3-0 against Patrick Henry since May of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Wildcats will head out on the road to take on the Patriots at 11:30 a.m. Napoleon is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.
It was a proper cat-fight when Napoleon took on Whitmer on Friday. The Wildcats skirted past the Panthers 2-0. That's two games straight that the Wildcats have won by exactly two runs.

Cal Bickel was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over seven innings pitched. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Parker Woods, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.
Meanwhile, Patrick Henry lost 15-7 to Liberty-Benton on Tuesday. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Mason Jardine was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Grant Schwab, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Napoleon's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-5-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Patrick Henry, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.
Napoleon came out on top in a nail-biter against Patrick Henry in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, sneaking past 8-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
