Soccer Game Preview: Webster Schroeder vs. Hilton

The Webster Schroeder Warriors will head out to face off against the Hilton Cadets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Webster Schroeder will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Webster Schroeder had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the three-goal drubbing they dealt Rush-Henrietta on Thursday. The Warriors put the hurt on the Royal Comets with a sharp 3-0 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Webster Schroeder's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 46th, while Rush-Henrietta are ranked 195th).

Meanwhile, Hilton's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Clarence.

Hilton's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Webster Schroeder, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.

Everything went Webster Schroeder's way against Hilton in their previous meeting on September 9th, as Webster Schroeder made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
