Volleyball Recap: Stafford Comes Up Short

Stafford came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Eisenhower Eagles, falling 3-0.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Eisenhower scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-18.

Stafford's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Eisenhower, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stafford will host Nimitz at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Eisenhower, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Randle at 6:30 p.m.
