Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pendleton County). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Robertson County Black Devils 67-12. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Wildcats with their most commanding win of the season.

Pendleton County's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 8-11. As for Robertson County, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pendleton County will challenge Nicholas County at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Nicholas County will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Pendleton County surely won't give up without a fight. As for Robertson County, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against St. Patrick at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
