Volleyball Recap: Steubenville Comes Up Short on the Road Against Indian Valley

Steubenville had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Indian Valley Braves on Saturday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-12.

Among those leading the charge was Gionna Miles, who had eight digs and two aces. What's more, she posted three assists, the most she's had since back in October of 2024.

Steubenville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Carrollton on the 18th. As for Indian Valley, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Newcomerstown on the 19th.
