Ethan Burke Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, South Windsor had to settle for second even though Ethan Burke put up the best numbers he has all season. Burke rushed for 296 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.5 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (113.8). He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 95-yard run.
South Windsor now has a losing record at 2-3. Burke and South Windsor have the luxury of staying home for another week and will welcome Conard at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

John Manning's big game helped extend Windsor's winning streak to five on Friday. Manning did his part (and then some), rushing for 229 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry for the 'W'.
