Glenbrook South entered their tilt with Maine West on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

Glenbrook South easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-12.

Reese Eggener paced Glenbrook South's offense, picking up seven kills. Eggener got some help from Annie Rosinski and her 14 assists. Eggener was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Glenbrook South's victory bumped their record up to 22-5. As for Maine West, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-15.

Glenbrook South didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Sandburg on the 17th. As for Maine West, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Riverside-Brookfield on the 17th.
