Volleyball Game Preview: Mountain View Toros vs. Chandler Wolves

The Mountain View Toros are taking a road trip to challenge the Chandler Wolves at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Mountain View is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arizona's top teams: Red Mountain, who was ranked 22nd at the time (Mountain View was ranked 19th). The Toros put the hurt on the Mountain Lions with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Toros in their matchups with the Mountain Lions: they've now won seven in a row.

Chandler not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 26th. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Basha. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Chandler not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Basha between 16 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-16.

Chandler's win bumped their record up to 15-9-1. As for Mountain View, their victory bumped their record up to 15-11-2.
