It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but St. John Paul II had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Rocky Bayou Christian Knights a 15-0 shutout. That looming 15-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Panthers yet this season.

The team relied heavily on SHAVON STEWART, who went 2-for-3 with four runs, two stolen bases, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in February. LANELL LOUIS was another key player, going 1-for-2 with three RBI and one double.

The victory was the third in a row for St. John Paul II, bringing their record up to 10-12.
