Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Massac County). They really took it to the Cairo Pilots for the full four quarters, racking up an 80-52 victory. With that win, the Patriots brought their scoring average up to 51.4 points per game.

Leading Massac County to victory were Jack Turner and Jude Harmon. Turner went 10 for 15 en route to 26 points in addition to seven assists and six boards, while Harmon went 11 of 20 on his way to 26 points. What's more, Harmon also racked up four assists, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Nate Eskridge, who posted eight points and five rebounds.

The victory snapped Massac County's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-11 record. As for Cairo, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 10-12.
