Soccer Recap: Millikan Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Millikan was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits finished up their match with a 1-1 draw on Monday.

Millikan's goal came courtesy of Ivan Cervantes, who's now up to four this season.

With that draw, Millikan's record moves to 15-2-1. Meanwhile, Long Beach Poly's record is now 1-4-5.

Millikan will square off against Woodrow Wilson at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Millikan's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Woodrow Wilson's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Long Beach Poly, they will head out to face off against Compton at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
