Softball Recap: Sheridan Plays to a Tie

Sheridan was not able to secure the win in their season-opener on Saturday. They and the Rock Springs TIGERS finished up on equal footing with a 7-7 tie.

Rock Springs' tie makes their record 1-1-1 this season.

Looking ahead, Sheridan will head out on the road to take on Thunder Basin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Thunder Basin will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Sheridan surely won't give up without a fight. As for Rock Springs, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, an 18-5 loss against Campbell County on the 22nd.
