Volleyball Recap: Copley Comes Up Short

Copley lost to Louisville two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians came up short against the Leopards, falling 3-0.

While Copley was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Louisville's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-15, 25-20.

Copley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Louisville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Copley will face off against rival Stow-Munroe Falls at 7:00 p.m. on April 9. Meanwhile, Louisville is set to challenge their familiar foe St. Vincent-St. Mary at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
