Baseball Recap: North Schuylkill Spartans vs. Blue Mountain Eagles
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but North Schuylkill had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They won by a run and slipped past the Blue Mountain Eagles 7-6. This was payback for North Schuylkill, who suffered an 11-4 defeat the last time these two teams met.
The team relied heavily on Joey Cuthie, who scored a run while going 2-for-5. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaxson Chowansky, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.
