The DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals will be playing at home against the Curwensville Golden Tide at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. DuBois Central Catholic is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

While DuBois Central Catholic couldn't quite beat Ridgway on Tuesday, the three-point margin was a huge improvement compared to the 24-point loss they were dealt on Saturday. DuBois Central Catholic fell just short of Ridgway by a score of 41-38.

Meanwhile, Curwensville had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took down Moshannon Valley 57-40 on Tuesday.

Curwensville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Davis Fleming, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. Fleming has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Tkacik, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and two steals.

DuBois Central Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Curwensville, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-9.
