Volleyball Recap: Conway Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Conway had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the South Florence Bruins by a score of 2-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-1 win on September 4th.

Julia Hagen paced Conway's offense, picking up four kills. Hagen got some help from Madeline Green and her seven assists. Green was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Conway's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for South Florence, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9-1 record this season.

Conway didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Oviedo on the 27th. As for South Florence, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against James Island on the 27th.
