Basketball Game Preview: Castle Rock Rockets vs. Stevenson Bulldogs

The Castle Rock Rockets will face off against the Stevenson Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Castle Rock and eight for Stevenson.

Castle Rock came up short against Fort Vancouver on Wednesday, falling 64-44.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 92-60, which was the final score in Stevenson's tilt against La Center on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 332nd, while the Wildcats are ranked 143rd).

Castle Rock's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Stevenson, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-14.

Everything came up roses for Castle Rock against Stevenson in their previous meeting on January 11th, as the squad secured an 86-54 win. Will Castle Rock repeat their success, or does Stevenson have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
