Softball Recap: Sabine Takes a Loss

Sabine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Arp Tigers, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-0 last Tuesday.

Sabine's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Arp, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season.

Sabine will face off against Gladewater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gladewater has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.7 runs per game on average), something Sabine will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Arp, they will challenge Douglass at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
