Football Recap: Five Straight Home Victories for Cooperstown + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sauquoit Valley, Cooperstown was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 26-14 victory over the West Canada Valley Nighthawks. For the Hawkeyes, this counts as revenge for the 50-22 win the Nighthawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Cooperstown's victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.4 points on average this season. As for West Canada Valley, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.
