Soccer Recap: John Glenn Comes Up Short

After flying high against New Philadelphia last Monday, John Glenn came back down to earth. The Little Muskies fell just short of the Dover Crimson Tornadoes by a score of 2-1 on Monday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Dover this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in September.

John Glenn's goal came courtesy of Anna Wolfe, who's now up to eight this season.

John Glenn's loss dropped their record down to 12-5-2. As for Dover, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-7-1 record this season.

John Glenn does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dover, they will face off against Tri-Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
