Basketball Recap: Addison Comes Up Short

Addison was the 54-53 winner over Arkport Central/Canaseraga when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Addison Knights were dealt an 85-52 loss at the hands of the Arkport Central/Canaseraga Wolves on Friday.

Arkport Central/Canaseraga found their leader in sophomore Caden Carey, who posted 36 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Devin Moran, who earned 14 points and three steals.

Addison's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-2.

Addison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, an 85-52 loss against Arkport Central on the 6th. As for Arkport Central/Canaseraga, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 73-49 victory against Finney on the 11th.
