Sayre entered their tilt with Anderson County on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 12-7 win over the Bearcats.

Sayre's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Anderson County, they dropped their record down to 9-13 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Sayre will take on West Jessamine at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Anderson County, they will venture away from home to challenge Boyle County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Rebels' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Bearcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
