Football Recap: Cosby Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Cosby was the 37-7 winner over Cumberland Gap when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell 21-14 to the Panthers on Friday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Although Cosby took the loss, they still got scores from Mason Williams and David Baker.

Cumberland Gap can attribute much of their success to Kole Carter, who rushed for 28 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 170 yards and one TD.

Cosby now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Cumberland Gap, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Cosby will look to defend their home field on Friday against Unaka at 7:00 p.m. This will be the Eagles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Cumberland Gap, they will venture away from home to take on Union County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
