Soccer Recap: Jacobs Comes Up Short

Jacobs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 7-0 to the Hersey Huskies. If Jacobs were looking for revenge after losing 7-0 to Hersey when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jacobs' loss dropped their record down to 3-10-2. As for Hersey, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Jacobs will venture away from home to take on Dundee-Crown at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dundee-Crown will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Jacobs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hersey, they will head out on the road to challenge Rolling Meadows at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
