Tocoi Creek came out on top against Christ's Church Academy on Friday thanks in part to Nate Wade's efforts. Wade turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out nine batters over 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

Coming up, Wade and Tocoi Creek will square off against Father Lopez at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
