Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grove City). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Westerville Central Warhawks an 11-0 shutout on Monday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Greyhounds considering their one-run performance the game before.

The win got Grove City back to even at 4-4. As for Westerville Central, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Coincidentally, Grove City and Westerville Central will both be playing Pickerington North the next time they take the field. The Warhawks will host the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Greyhounds will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
