Basketball Recap: Livingston Piles Up the Points Against Shepherd

There's no place like home for Livingston, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They breezed by the Shepherd Pirates to the tune of 53-22 on Tuesday. That looming 53-22 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Lions yet this season.

Livingston found their leader in sophomore Corinne Henderson, who posted 28 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Henderson has scored all season. Regan Lewis was another key player, putting up seven points.

With the victory, Livingston broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-20. As for Shepherd, they dropped their record down to 3-20 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Livingston nor Shepherd have any future games scheduled.
