Bradenton Christian won the last time they faced Southeast and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bradenton Christian Panthers walked away with a 6-3 win over the Southeast Seminoles. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

The team relied heavily on Waylon Moore, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Nate Davis, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-4.

Bradenton Christian pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to hits: they averaged an imposing 8.67 hits in those games compared to only five in the others. As for Southeast, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Coming up, Bradenton Christian will challenge Saint Stephen's Episcopal at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Bradenton Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season. As for Southeast, they will face off against Bayshore at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Bayshore has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.33 runs per game on average), something Southeast will no doubt try to take advantage of.
