Sacred Heart had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They took down the Augusta Red Devils 57-39. This was a revenge game for the Rebels: when they faced off against the Red Devils back in December of 2024, they had to take a 50-40 loss.

Sacred Heart is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. As for Augusta, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 11-5 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sacred Heart will face off against Nemo Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sacred Heart is facing Nemo Vista at the right time seeing as Nemo Vista is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Augusta, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clarendon at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th.
