Soccer Recap: Monday's Victory Is Orange's Seventh in Last Eight Outings

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Orange walked away with it. They blew past the Southern Nash Firebirds 7-0 on Monday. Sullivan Gaddy was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

Orange has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 40 goals over those eight games. As for Southern Nash, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-9.

Coming up, Orange will venture away from home to take on First Flight at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. First Flight will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Orange surely won't give up without a fight. Southern Nash does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
