Volleyball Recap: MacArthur Comes Up Short

MacArthur was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Summer Creek Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Generals of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2019.

MacArthur's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Summer Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Coming up, MacArthur will square off against Northbrook at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Summer Creek, their road trip will continue as they head out to face George Ranch at 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
