Volleyball Recap: East Forsyth Has No Trouble Against Reagan + How To Watch

East Forsyth hadn't done well against Reagan recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Raiders. Surprisingly, this marked the Eagles' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-21, 25-16.

Samantha Brito was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 16 assists and six digs. That's the most assists she has posted over her last nine contests.

Despite the defeat, Reagan saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Brielynd Riddle had 17 digs and three assists.

East Forsyth is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season. As for Reagan, their loss dropped their record down to 24-9.

Looking ahead, East Forsyth will face off against West Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Reagan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
