Football Game Preview: Fayette County Tigers vs. Alexandria Valley Cubs + Official Tickets

Two dominant backs in Maurice Harris and Monqre Morris Jr (Mj) are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Fayette County Tigers will face off against the Alexandria Valley Cubs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Last Friday, Fayette County ended up a good deal behind Hamilton and lost 38-21. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fayette County didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Andrew Lollar and Michael Tyree.

Meanwhile, Alexandria came tearing into Thursday's game with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.5 points), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 35-15 win. The result was nothing new for the Valley Cubs, who have now won five matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Alexandria's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Fayette County, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
