Softball Preview: King's Christian Knights vs. Calvary Academy Warrior
King's Christian hasn't had much luck against Calvary Academy recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Knights will head out on the road to challenge the Warrior at 4:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, King's Christian didn't have quite enough to beat Atlantic Christian and fell 5-4.
Ava Garcia was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Lillian Logan, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.
Meanwhile, Calvary Academy hadn't done well against The Pilgrim Academy recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Warrior were the clear victors by a 24-6 margin over the Pioneers.
