Softball Recap: Valley Christian's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Valley Christian waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Chandler Wolves by a score of 6-3.

Maddy Harmon was excellent, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. Libby Juist also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Valley Christian's win bumped their record up to 11-1-1. As for Chandler, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Valley Christian will challenge Flagstaff at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Chandler, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 7-6 loss against Arizona College Prep on the 21st.
