League recap: St. Peter-Marian climbs in state rankings

St. Peter-Marian scaled the state rankings by moving to 38 from 77 this week, the biggest jump in Central Massachusetts. The Guardians were able to move up by defeating Grafton Memorial 29-8.

St. John's led the league in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on Catholic Memorial School.

St. Peter-Marian made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,255 from 4,966. The improvement was the result of 29-8 victory over the Indians last week.
