Basketball Recap: Bishop Fenwick Comes Up Short

Bishop Fenwick and Medfield squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Bishop Fenwick had to settle for second. The contest between the Bishop Fenwick Crusaders and the Medfield Warriors didn't end well, with the Bishop Fenwick Crusaders falling 55-37. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 43rd, while the Warriors are ranked fourth).

Bishop Fenwick now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Medfield, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 21-2.

While Bishop Fenwick had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
