Baseball Recap: Scotia-Glenville Triumphs

While Scotia-Glenville put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Cohoes. The Tartans came out on top in a nail-biter against the Tigers, sneaking past 1-0.

The result came thanks to Tyler Gray's shutout, as he gave up just three hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Scotia-Glenville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Steven Nicklas, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run.

Scotia-Glenville's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Cohoes, they dropped their record down to 9-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Scotia-Glenville nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
